During a trade fair, we had the privilege of meeting Matteo, the founder of Saving Bees. We were deeply impressed by his passion for his ambitious project and his profound commitment to protecting wild bees, essential creatures for our ecosystem. These key aspects, combined with the fact that Matteo operates as a local entity and shares our territorial proximity, inspired us to establish this valuable partnership, adopting a beehive for five years, confident that together we can make a difference. A difference that, at Mindset, we strive to achieve every day through a series of actions aimed at reducing our environmental impact.

Sustainability

In addition to promoting full remote work to reduce travel and encourage a healthy work-life balance, we encourage colleagues, whenever possible, to choose eco-friendly transportation solutions—such as bicycles or car-sharing—to reach the office.

We also make more responsible choices within the company:

  • We use biodegradable materials
  • We installed a water dispenser to reduce plastic consumption

We bought agricultural land, and we are creating an ''Enchanted Valley'' for our friends Bees. We are sowing different species of ancient varieties of wild flowers and planting various medicinal plants whose nectar is precious for bees, to recreate a natural and special environment to support the life of these wonderful creatures, so important for life and for man.
