PASTICCERIA FILIPPI FOR SAVING BEES
Pasticceria Filippi is a family story that began in 1972, thanks to the commitment of mum Maria and dad Giuliano, who have been able to pass on tradition and tenacity in pursuing their goals. We sons (Andrea and Lorenzo) have worked on innovation, which today, fortunately, coincides with the constant search for sustainable methodologies from an environmental and economic point of view.
Since 2016 we have been a B Corp (www.societabenefit.net): we have integrated methodologies and programs, in the company, to have a positive impact on society and the biosphere, these objectives are present in each of our actions.
The choice of raw materials is fundamental for us. We have always used honey for our desserts and Cakes, produced by small local suppliers respecting nature and as soon as we became aware of the SavingBees.org project, we decided to join it. Not only for the thrill of joy that this new experience gives us (we love the news!) But also - and above all - to preserve the value of these fascinating animals, the Bees, fundamental for our ecosystem.

We bought agricultural land, and we are creating an ''Enchanted Valley'' for our friends Bees. We are sowing different species of ancient varieties of wild flowers and planting various medicinal plants whose nectar is precious for bees, to recreate a natural and special environment to support the life of these wonderful creatures, so important for life and for man.
